EN 81-40:2020 Certified

Standard Curve Stairlift Features

Along with the all new and updated seat design, The Platinum ERGO Curve stairlift still offers all of the exceptional features or the original Platinum Curve stair lift.

Up to 160kg capacity

The standard Platinum ERGO Curve stairlift is rated to carry a user up to 120kg.

For larger users, the ERGO Curve HD will carry up to 160kg and now features the option, and additional functionality, of a Powered Swivel seat to turn the chair toward the landing upstairs.

A powered swivel seat means that the entire operation of the lift is controlled with a single operation from the chair arm control making it simpler and safer to operate.

Tight Bend Radius

The industry leading tight 200mm inside bend radius means that we can fit to narrower stairs, and that the rail fits closer to the wall or handrails so there is more clear space on the stairs for other users.

The rails fit close to the wall, typically only 140mm along a straight stair flight ensuring maximum free space.

ERGO & ERGO Plus seat base

The standard ERGO seat base is a conventional shaped base that will suit most users and stairs.

Where we have a smaller user, the ERGO Plus seat base can give additional comfort and stability while on the stairlift by lowering the knees toward the footrest and allowing the feet to rest on the footrest while travelling.

The ERGO Plus stairlift seat can also provide additional knee clearance for taller users ensuring that we can provide a stairlift solution even on the narrowest stairs.

Tried & Tested Reliability

The ERGO Curve Stairlift’s twin rail drive system uses a robust mechanical levelling system to keep the seat perfectly level while the lift is going around corners and changes in gradient.
Powerful rechargeable batteries mean that there is plenty of power available to the stairlift and that it will keep moving even in the event of a power cut.

Safety Is Not An Option

All the time the ERGO Curve is in operation is is monitoring safety. Safety sensors are fitted all around the stairlift that will bring it to a halt if it meets any obstruction along the way.

Remote Controls

Remotes are supplied for each floor served by the lift to easily call and send from one level to another. Large, clear buttons make sure they are easy to use. Brackets are supplied to fit to the wall if desired.
