The Power Footplate

As standard, The Ultimate footrest lifts effortlessly when the seat is raised thanks to a mechanical linkage. Some users prefer to move the footrest out of the way before standing or sitting down. The powered footrest option allows this, adding further comfort and convenience.

The all-new Active Power Swivel

The Ergo Ultimate can turn at either end of the stairs, to maximise space and improve access, especially in narrow hallways. Additionally, the seat can be swivelled at any point on the stairs which allows us to navigate around tight points that might otherwise become an obstacle by turning the chair to face either upstairs or downstairs while travelling.

The First Step Start

The Ergo Ultimate is the only stairlift available with this innovative feature. The rail finishes on the 1st step, while the lift itself comes conveniently to the lower floor level to get safely on and off the chair. 

The 1st step start ensures that there is no fixed obstruction on the downstairs floor, perfect for an open hallway or where there is a door near the bottom of the stairs.

Up to 160kg Weight Capacity

Every Ergo Ultimate is rated to 120kg, but if required, the 160kg option allows us to accommodate the widest range of client needs. 

The Ergo seat is fully adjustable for width and depth, ensuring that it is safe and comfortable for all.
