The ideal choice for straight stairs

The Platinum Ergo Straight Stairlift is designed to make moving between floors safe, comfortable and effortless. Ideal for homes with straight staircases, it offers a smooth, reliable ride with a focus on ease of use and everyday practicality.

With its compact design and ergonomic seating options, it fits neatly into your home while providing the support and confidence needed to stay independent.

Works During Power Outages

Like all of our stairlifts, the Ergo Straight is powered by safe and reliable battery power. Battery power ensures that your stairlift continues too run even if the power goes out, giving you peace of mind when you need it most.  Your stairlift charges the batteries automatically at each end of the rail so it’s always ready for the next time you need it.

Strong & Secure (Weight Limit)

The Ergo Straight stairlift comes with a weight capacity of 160kg as standard ensuring that it can be used by the widest range of people. The arms and seat can be adjusted for fit and comfort. Unlike some other stairlifts, the optional powered swivel seat, footrest and hinged rail are all compatible up to 160kg.

The ergo Chair comes with multiple space-saving options with a space saver back built in as standard to offer maximum knee clearance for the user with the backrest positioned closer to the wall.

Space Saving Solutions

Foldaway arms, seat, and footplate keep your staircase accessible for everyone else at home.

A fully automatic hinged rail avoids blocking doorways at the bottom of the stairs. It folds back neatly when not in use.

Indoors or Outside

The Ergo straight is available for installation indoors, or outside. When used outside, the critical components are designed to withstand the elements, even in our harsh climate. For added protection, a durable cover is supplied to protect the stairlift when not in use.
